STEM is a school that uses the five qualities and project based learning. If you were to walk into STEM you would not see people sitting at their own desks, taking tests all day long. You would see collaboration and people sitting at the same table together. The five qualities are communication, inquiry, persistence, collaboration and creativity. Collaboration is important because alot of jobs require team work. Collaboration is a big part of school because I have to work with others very often. Another quality that plays a huge role is persistence because it can take time to do so many different drafts. Another quality would be creativity because your work shows your personality. I love to be different and I love showing how I represent myself in my work. The last one is communication. Communication is important becuase when we speak to others we need to speak clearly and think about what we are going to say.
