The meaning is asking questions. It’s taught so you understand things when you’re doing the work instead of just getting a paper saying what you have to do. It’s used in projects that you could not understand or when there was something not mentioned. I have grown in it a little this year because I need to ask questions in order to overcome not learning anything.
